Are your DVDs original?
Yes. All of our DVDs are 100% original and licensed. Our DVDs are molded at the factory where they are stamped. The term "stamped" is used by the DVD replication industry for what most people would refer to as burning a DVD. Unlike burning or copying a DVD at home, stamping only takes about 2 seconds per DVD and does not create a disc with blueish or purple coloring on the bottom. The bottom sides of our DVDs with the readable information is prismatic shiny aluminum, without the blueish or purple color that recordable DVDs have. The top sides of our DVDs have full color graphic artwork.
Do your DVDs come in just a paper sleeve?
No. All of our DVDs come in a full size, plastic, standard DVD case...just like if you bought a new release DVD movie at a major retailer. All DVDs have high gloss, full color front and back DVD cover artwork, with an 18+ compliance statement and a UPC bar code for checkout scanning. The only exception would be if you are an international customer who is requesting one of our "Export Lots". We remove the DVDs from the cases for these lots to reduce the weight and international shipping charges.
Are there any prices labeled on the DVDs I will receive?
No. There are no prices listed anywhere on our DVDs you will receive. You can sell them for any price you want.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices are displayed after you enter your address information but before you enter your payment information during the checkout process. Shipping will vary based on the weight & dimensions of the order, the shipping method you choose, and the exact location of where we will be shipping to. Our site provides real time shipping rates by communicating your order's weight and dimensions to UPS, USPS or FedEx. For larger lots over 1000 DVDs the information is communicated to Freightcenter.com for real time rates from trucking companies. These trucking companies can deliver larger loads cheaper than UPS, USPS or FedEx.
Will my order be billed and shipped discreetly?
Yes. Charges to your billing statement will read from DVD PLAYLAND and all orders are shipped in plain brown boxes with no indication of adult products inside.
How long before I get my order?
We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days and the package time in transit varies depending on your location. UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery typically takes between 1-5 business days. USPS (United States Postal Service) typically takes 2-10 business days depending upon the service you select. Our primary courier is UPS and UPS orders are always handed off to the driver faster than FedEx or USPS. A UPS time in transit map can be viewed here.
Why is the shipping method I want to choose grayed out and I can't select it?
Some of our larger sized "Customizable Adult DVD Lots" are too big for our shopping cart to calculate US Postal Service shipping, but not too big to be calculated for UPS & FedEx. Due to the excessive weight of our larger "Customizable Adult DVD Lots" (lots larger than the 300 DVDs) it is best to have them sent UPS or FedEx for better care and handling. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii or a US Territory...or if you would just prefer to use US Postal Service delivery for one of these larger lots, please contact us.
You might also be trying to select FedEx Ground (for commercial deliveries) but FedEx sees your address as residential and requires you select FedEx Home Delivery. There may be other restrictions in place by the courier (particularly for international shipments) that are not allowing that particular shipping type to your location.
Is your site secure?
Yes. Our site uses 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption and the security certificate can be viewed at the bottom of every page within our shop, located at http://shop.wholesalexxxdvd.com. Our site also has a Website Protection Site Scanner issued by GoDaddy.com. Website Protection Site Scanner performs an automated daily vulnerability scan of our website to detect vulnerabilities and/or security threats. Each scan results in a scorecard based on the Common Vulnerability Scoring System ("CVSS"), the industry standard for measuring and assessing the severity of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures ("CVE"). A current date associated with the certificate means that the website has passed the daily vulnerability scan and is free of critical vulnerabilities and/or security threats. This certificate can also be viewed at the bottom of every page in our shop, located at http://shop.wholesalexxxdvd.com.
Can I actually speak to someone if I need to??
Yes. We don't hide from our customers like a lot of other "Wholesale Adult DVD Distributors". We are here to take your call Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm US Eastern Time (excluding major holidays). If our phone lines are full when you call you will be directed to our voice mail, but please be sure to leave your name and number and someone from "DVD PLAYLAND" will return your call shortly. Are you a real business?? Where are you located??
Yes, of course! WholesaleXXXDVD.com is operated by DVD PLAYLAND LLC with Articles of Organization on file with the Florida Secretary of State. We can be found on the "Florida Department of State - Division of Corporations" website, located at SunBiz.org. We are located inside Charlotte County in Englewood, FL...about 25 minutes south of the larger City of Sarasota. Our local Florida phone number is (941) 421-0375.
What payment methods do you except?
We accept payment online with MasterCard, Visa, Discover or PayPal. These can be MasterCard & Visa debit cards as well, not just credit cards. If you don't have any of these we recommend going to a Wal-Mart or other retailer that sells a pre-paid, re-loadable MasterCard or Visa Debit card. We also have a "Print & Call" payment method where you call us with your invoice number and pay over the phone with a credit/debit card if you prefer. You can also arrange to mail a check or money order when you call but the order will not ship until the payment clears our bank. You must call within two business days for a "Print & Call" order or we will have to cancel the order and return the products back to our available inventory for other paying customers.
Can I pay COD?
Yes. COD is also an option but the delivery driver will only accept a Money Order or a Certified Cashier's check on delivery. Additional COD fees apply. You must select a UPS shipping method if you are going to pay COD. We have to pay $10.50 for every box we send in the shipment, plus 1.54% of the amount you are paying with COD. If you select COD you will have to pay for these additional expenses we incur. We always ship in the least amount of boxes as possible. We have boxes that hold up to 25, 50, 100, 200 and 300 DVDs. COD fees are not calculated at checkout and you will receive an "Order Modified" email with the order's revised total and added COD fees, after you receive your initial "Order Confirmation" email. All COD procedures are explained in the emails you will receive. You must complete these procedures within 3 business days or we will have to cancel the order and return the products back to our available inventory for other paying customers.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only if you are inside Florida and cannot provide us with a Florida issued Sales & Use Tax License. Only Florida residents will see sales tax when checking out and if you are a Florida resident that can send a copy of your Sales & Use Tax License within 48 hours after ordering, we will not charge the tax displayed when checking out. Credit cards are not charged at the moment you click the "Place Order" button, so there is time for us to make the adjustment if you can show Florida sales tax exemption.
If you use PayPal we can refund the tax after providing us with a copy of your license. If you are in Florida resident that can prove tax exemption please make sure you are first registered with our site and signed in before placing your order. We will make your account tax exempt for all future orders once we have your Sales & Use Tax License on file.
